By using PoVoc (web, Chrome extension, or mobile), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PoVoc helps you look up words while reading, save them to a personal vocabulary pocket, and practice with study tools. Features may change over time. Free and paid tiers may have different limits.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep access to your Google account secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping, malware, or attempts to bypass quotas).

You keep ownership of the words, notes, and mind points you save. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content only to provide PoVoc (including sync, lookup, and study features). Do not save content you are not allowed to store.

Paid plans on the web are billed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Mobile purchases (when available) are billed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Fees, renewals, and refunds follow the relevant store / MoR policies. Entitlements (free vs premium) control feature limits.

• Use PoVoc for personal language learning
• Do not reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service
• Do not use the extension to violate site terms or applicable law
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data

PoVoc is provided “as is”. Dictionary and AI-generated meanings may be incomplete or incorrect — verify important translations yourself. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoVoc and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
